Eric has studied social sciences and has worked for ten years in the psychotherapeutic community and another ten years in social security services. He also has extensive experience in Transactional Analysis. In private industry, Eric has worked for Dow Chemical as an Area Personnel Supervisor, Manager Training & Development in the Netherlands and on various international assignments. He has also held interim leadership assignments in IT, Strategic Marketing, and with a technology company in the USA. Most recently, Eric served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Leica Geosystems AG in Heerbrugg/Switzerland. Eric is a recognized expert in international and modern Human Resources Management in mid-sized international companies. |
