Since 1997, she has certified over 200 team coaches for a major global corporation. Recently, she completed four years of advanced study in leadership coaching, group facilitation, and process consultation at the Gestalt Institute in Cleveland, Ohio. Gaynelle has served as professor of organizational communication at Penn State University and as adjunct faculty for the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. |
