In 1996 after a career in Management and Sales, Graham, a former electronic engineer in the Royal Navy, moved into Human Resources, working for companies in the United Kingdom, such as Yellow Pages, Video Arts and Reed Elsevier, in various senior project roles. Graham gained experience in many strategic areas of Human Resources that included Leadership Development, Recruitment, Employee Retention and Organizational Change.
