Tom has held the positions of Senior Vice President for Executive Development and Organizational Strategy at BANC ONE, Chief Operating Officer of Pinnacle Bancorp, and Senior Manager at Deloitte and Touche where he spearheaded the firm’s initial efforts in human capital planning and career development. Tom assisted the Darden School at the University of Virginia in the development of Leading Strategic Change, a six-day program aimed at assisting senior managers in organizational strategy issues. He is co-author of There is No Box and has a key research interest in the internal capabilities required for business growth. |
