Vonda previously served as Vice President of Global People Development for Molson Coors Brewing Company, where she had global responsibility for organization and employee development. During her five years at Molson Coors, she worked on post-acquisition cultural integration, created and implemented a global competency model for development and performance management, and significantly revamped the company’s succession planning process. She also piloted and implemented internal top talent development programs and rolled out a customized development center and multi-year program for global GM talent development. Prior to joining Molson Coors, she was General Manager of Personnel Decisions International’s (PDI) Denver Office. At PDI, she helped establish the Denver operating office and develop the local assessment and coaching businesses.
