Company Leadership

John R. Myers - President and Chief Executive

John has been raising the bar for workplace performance since he began with The TRACOM Group in 1984. He has been directly involved in major leadership development and workplace performance initiatives for companies like Honda America, Ernst & Young and Dow. In addition to leading TRACOM, John serves as the vice president of learning and organization effectiveness for Reed Business Information, the leading U.S. business-to-business publisher. His responsibilities range from training to organizational change initiatives. Previously John served as president of Leadership Studies Productions and vice president for the Center for Leadership Studies, which created Situational Leadership, the world's most widely used model of organizational leadership. He has also worked for Edison Brothers Stores and Xerox, and taught at St. Louis University.


Casey Mulqueen, Ph.D. - Director of Research

As Director of Research for The TRACOM Group, Casey Mulqueen, PhD, is responsible for the development and validation of individual and organizational assessments, including TRACOM’s world-renowned Social Style Model™ instruments. Casey has experience developing a wide variety of assessments such as 360-degree feedback programs, performance appraisal systems, employee opinion surveys, training needs analyses and program evaluations. His expertise in cross-cultural assessment and norming has helped ensure that global surveys are valid and reliable in different areas of the world. Casey has also been involved in the development of global knowledge management systems, helping companies to maximize their intellectual capitol. His consulting work has covered organizations in many industries, including major airlines, professional licensing boards, and federal and state government agencies. Casey holds a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.


Bob Schwieterman - Vice President of Performance Consulting

As Vice President of TRACOM's performance consulting services, Bob's practice is focused on five key areas - Leadership & Executive Development, Coaching, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Team Development. Prior to joining TRACOM, Bob spent 19 years with LexisNexis Group, serving in a variety of progressively important positions. Most recently, he served as the Senior Director of Corporate Training & Development where his team provided skill development and consulting services for leaders, teams and employees in LexisNexis's North American operations. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wright State University in Dayton Ohio, and a Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Xavier University in Cincinnati Ohio. Bob has also earned a Certificate in Organization Development from National Training Laboratories.


David Collins - Vice President, General Manager, Training Solutions

David joined TRACOM in 2003 to lead the company's direct salesforce and network of resellers and consultants. David has been in the training and development field since 1989, including work in technology training, leadership development, e-learning, recruitment selection and succession planning. David has successfully led sales efforts for packaged products and custom solutions, and has worked with fast-growing companies such as LearningByte International and ePredix. He is a graduate of Syracuse University.


Kathy Olson - Director of Operations

Kathy became responsible for TRACOM customer satisfaction and loyalty, product fulfillment, and system support and development in 2001. Kathy was a 17-year veteran of Nordstrom, Inc. where she held a number of key positions and developed business strategy, as well as managed people to become market leaders in achieving world-class customer satisfaction. A native of Seattle, Kathy is a graduate of the University of Washington.


Michael New - Controller

Michael joined The TRACOM Group in 2001 to oversee the company's accounting and finance functions. His training and consulting industry experience includes several positions at ARC International, an international training and consulting firm, most recently as worldwide group controller. Michael's accounting background includes financial and tax practice for local accounting firms and audit practice with Grant Thornton, an international accounting firm. He holds degrees from the University of Florida and the University of South Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
