Reaching Your Leadership Potential Workshop

This is a "train-the-coach" workshop for the Reaching Your Leadership Potential (RYLP) process. RYLP is a one-on-one coaching process that dramatically improves the performance of your company's or clients' leaders. This workshop is an opportunity to incorporate the process with your own internal coaches.

Based on the work of coach and author Dr Steven Buchholz, Reaching Your Leadership Potential addresses the three fundamental questions that have the most impact on leadership effectiveness:

Who Am I As a Leader?
How Do I Work Effectively with Others?
How Do I Move to the Next Level?

Leaders develop a custom plan for their unique needs and issues. They will have a clear understanding of their leadership style and be able to use it to develop staff and achieve business results.

Payment Information

Fees for this workshop are $2,500.00 per person. Upon receipt of this registration form, TRACOM will contact you to arrange payment.

Cancellation

Substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the start of the workshop. If you cancel your registration prior to September 29, 2009, TRACOM will fully refund your tuition payment. If you cancel your registration on or after September 29, 2009, you will be responsible for the full tuition.
