Bob Schwieterman, VP, Organizational Effectiveness Practice
Bob currently serves at the Vice President Organizational Effectiveness Practice for TRACOM Group, a leading global performance consulting and training company based in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, with a 40 year history of effectively serving the Fortune 1000 marketplace. Bob's practice is focused on five key areas - Leadership & Executive Development, Coaching, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Team Development.
Prior to joining TRACOM, Bob spent 19 years with LexisNexis Group, serving in a variety of progressively important postions. Most recently, he served as the Senior Director of Corporate Training & Development where his team provided skill development and consulting services for leaders, teams and employees in LexisNexis's North American operations.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wright State University in Dayton Ohio, and a Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Xavier University in Cincinnati Ohio. Bob has also earned a Certificate in Organization Development from National Training Laboratories.
Annette Lingerfelt, Project Manager
Annette has led consulting and training project teams for over 11 years and has managed client engagements in the areas of cultural integration, leadership development, high-performance team training, organizational assessment and performance measurement. Annette has also managed multi-lingual product development initiatives, large-scale coaching rollouts and global employee opinion surveys in a variety of industries. She is passionate about partnering with clients to create results, develop effective leaders, guide winning teams and implement strategies that make a difference for the organization and the individuals who serve them.
Rose Lugo, Project Manager
Rose successfully leads a variety of client initiatives, including new product rollouts, coaching and client relationship programs, supervisory training, research studies and performance development programs. Rose has extensive experience managing processes from creation through implementation, maintenance and revision. She has worked in both B2B and B2C environments, with global experience in telecommunications, finance and publishing. Rose’s focus is on becoming an invaluable business partner, as she strives to keep key stakeholders involved throughout a project, often coming in under budget and working successfully even under adverse circumstances.
