Certification

Certification is a required step for instructors teaching or using certain TRACOM^® instruments/profiles.  Typically, TRACOM requires certification for any type of instruction that uses multi-rater profile reports. Instructors are traditionally certified by first attending a class as a participant and then attending an instructor-led training (ILT) certification class.

TRACOM also offers self-paced certification via Computer-Based Training (CBT) in certain situations. This can reduce the time and costs associated with certification. CBT is not available for all TRACOM courses and is not appropriate in all situations.
