Understanding & Managing Behavioral Differences

This one-day course emphasizes working effectively with others. Participants complete a Multi-Rater Social Style and Versatility profile before the class. Instructors will distribute the Profiles during class for facilitated discussion. The class also includes interactive exercises and video segments.

• An understanding of different behaviors and how they are viewed by others 
• An understanding of why some relationships are more productive than others
• Thorough knowledge of their own Social Style(sm) and Versatility
• Insights about their own behavioral strengths and weaknesses
