Versatility Report & Improvement Guide

When our clients asked for a way to refresh Social Style(sm) and Versatility concepts outside of the classroom, we responded with the Versatility Report & Improvement Guide.
                           
This follow-up product offers a simple way to boost interpersonal effectiveness for employees who have taken Social Style training course and completed a Multi-Rater Profile within the last three years. It reinforces Social Style learning and helps individuals improve their Versatility.

Participants fill out the online Versatility questionnaire, which takes just 10 minutes to complete. They also ask three to 10 others to rate their Versatility using the same questionnaire. Based on the collected data, TRACOM generates a custom 40-page Versatility Report, delivered electronically to the participant. This report includes:

• A review of Social Style and Versatility concepts 
• Personalized Versatility results addressing each of it’s four components
• Recommended actions for improving Versatility based on ratings 
• Recommended ways to interact with people of each Style
