Orchestrating Team Performance (OTP) - Intact Teams

A fundamental understanding of teamwork is only the beginning. TRACOM’s research-based program, OTP - Intact Teams, is a comprehensive resource that helps teams identify the issues that stand in the way of optimum performance.

The modular format makes the program relevant, targeted and flexible. Based on the Team Development Report (completed in OTP-Fundamentals), teams formulate a development plan, choosing one or more of TRACOM’s nine action-planning performance modules to create a custom program.

• Improving Communications/Managing Conflict

• Creating Team Operating Procedures

The modules range from three-six hours in length and can be completed all at once or over time.
