Certification Program
Certification is designed to provide all the knowledge and skills necessary to facilitate any SOCIAL STYLE and Versatility program. Certification enables a person to teach the powerful SOCIAL STYLE MODEL and is required for instructors using TRACOM’s multi-rater profiles / instruments.
It is expected that certification candidates have previous experience facilitating developmental workshops. Instructors are traditionally certified by attending a SOCIAL STYLE program as a participant and then attending an instructor-led certification class, delivered on-site at the client location. TRACOM also offers a web-based phone certification option that can reduce the time and costs associated with our traditional on-site training and certification.

The SOCIAL STYLE & Versatility Certification Manual is the foundation of every Certification with a detailed description of all SOCIAL STYLE concepts and guidance for effectively facilitating courses. Sample course outlines and resource materials are included.

SOCIAL STYLE & Versatility Concepts for Facilitators is a new book that explains the SOCIAL STYLE Model and hits history. A great resource for anyone who teaches Style courses or just wants to understand the application of Style. It includes more than 100 pages of Style and Versatility information.

Using the SOCIAL STYLE Profile Guide is a through explanation of the SOCIAL STYLE Profile-Enhanced (SSP-E) from both the facilitator's and participants' perspective. It shows how to use the SSP-E to enhance the understanding and impact of SOCIAL STYLE training.
