International Versions of STYLE Profiles & Training Programs
TRACOM offers SOCIAL STYLE Profiles in a wide variety of international languages. The use of local-country language results in a more effective training program. A variety of local-country comparative norms are also available.

The PRODUCING RESULTS WITH OTHERS - Blended Training Program

|
The PRODUCING RESULTS WITH OTHERS - Blended Training Program is an in-depth conceptual and practical program to increase the workplace productivity, efficiency and morale of employees. This program provides all of the material normally covered in a two-day class but captures one day's worth of materials on a self-study CD-ROM. Participants can learn the fundamentals of SOCIAL STYLE from the convenience of their own computers in an atmosphere conducive to their learning style. This allows participants to re-review material that they didn't initially understand and also to go at their own pace. After completing the self-paced portion of the program, participants complete a one-day classroom training that includes exercises and highly interactive discussions that allow them to apply their conceptual knowledge to real-life experiences both through SOCIAL STYLE Model as well as the model for Versatility.
This program is available in US English, Brazilian Portuguese, German and European Spanish.

Country and Regional Norms
Several new regional and country norms are also now available for the SSP-E. The availability of multiple norming groups and languages makes the training most meaningful. For example, consider an Italian manager working in the New York office of her company. Since she works primarily with Americans, the most meaningful profile for her will be one that shows how she is perceived by her American colleagues. Therefore, she should be profiled using the North American norm group. This is true even if she completes the survey herself in Italian, and receives the profile in Italian (reading the profile in her native language may be easier for her).
A norm group should be chosen that most closely resembles the culture where the person is working. The choice of language is independent from the choice of norm group. Each training participant and survey rater should select the language that is easiest to read and understand. Click here for more information about International Norms.
