SOCIAL STYLE Research

TRACOM's SOCIAL STYLE is the result of more than fifty years of research and application.  The model has been validated for both accuracy and reliability.  That's why Style has become the most recognized and used interpersonal effectiveness model.  The SOCIAL STYLE study by Colorado State University found SOCIAL STYLE was easier to learn and apply than Myers-Briggs and DiSC models.

A variety of research studies have documented the relationship between interpersonal skills and job performance.  Others have shown that organizational investments in learning initiatives achieve higher business results including revenue and profit.

You can read any of the research studies or whitepapers listed below or visit TRACOM's Performance Library for immediate access to dozens of helpful resources.
