Communication and Conflict

One research study found that managers spend up to 42% of their time dealing with conflict and other non-productive work activities. TRACOM offers several training programs to minimize the impact and occurrence of conflict and improve communications.

Communicating for Mutual Gain develops a master of communication by examining the key elements of effective communication: listening, clarifying, sharing and checking for understanding. This one-day class use the proprietary Interpersonal Feedback Report to assess and improve a person's communication skills.

Managing Conflict for Mutual Gain turns conflict from a liability into an asset. A personal Conflict Assessment identifies the participants' conflict management preferences and tendencies and provides a basis for exploration and improvement. Each person then learns effective conflict management skills in a one-day class.

The Mutual Gains Combination Course combines the Conflict and Communications classes into a two-day mastery workshop.
