Orchestrating Team Performance - Team Leaders

The fact that purposeful development is critical to team success is especially true for team leaders. The leader role changes as teams move through the Phases of Team Development, and leaders must be equipped to guide the process. OTP-Team Leaders provides influential individuals with an in-depth understanding of theses team dynamics and the skills to implement what they learn.

Team leaders begin by examining their own strengths and weaknesses based on a Team Feedback Report (completed in OTP-Fundamentals). The leader gains a snapshot of his/her team’s health and how members view the leadership structure. This is used to pinpoint team performance problem areas, and guides further development.

Through the program, team leaders gain valuable take-home insights and develop the confidence to implement change. They learn from sample team exercises, meeting plans and action planning sheets to apply in the workplace.
