A recent study of managers at an international publishing company documented that managers with high Versatility received ratings at least 20 percent greater than managers with low Versatility in areas such as “leader effectiveness,” teamwork,” “conflict management” and “ overall performance.” The study further showed that Versatility was a measurably significant part of job performance, on par with intelligence, work experience or academic background.
