Adaptive Mindset for Resiliency Technical Report
Perhaps now more than ever, workers are under an enormous amount of stress. The Adaptive Mindset for Resiliency Technical Report describes the research and development of the Resilient Mindset Model™, an offering within our Adaptive Mindset for Resiliency™ suite of products. Scores from this assessment are used as input to generate the Adaptive Mindset for Resiliency Multi-Rater Profile as well as the Online Self-Perception profile. This report is intended to accompany Adaptive Mindset for Resiliency facilitator materials, particularly the Developing a Resilient Mindset™ administration kit.
Behavioral EQ Technical Report
We developed the Behavioral EQ® program because we saw an opportunity to improve the field of emotional intelligence (EQ) while creating a program that would provide more benefits to people at work than existing EQ programs. The Behavioral EQ Technical Report provides research evidence for the reliability and validity of the Behavioral EQ Model™ and questionnaire. The questionnaire is used as the input to generate various profiles, including the Behavioral EQ Multi-Rater Profile and the Online Self-Perception Profile.
This report is intended to be a companion to other facilitator materials, notably the Developing Behavioral EQ™ Facilitator Guide. By reviewing this report, you will understand the important role that research plays in the model. More importantly, you will gain an understanding of exactly how TRACOM ensures that our profiles are accurate and dependable.
SOCIAL STYLE & Versatility Technical Report
At TRACOM, we take pride in developing products that are grounded in meaningful and useful research. The SOCIAL STYLE Model™ was originally created through empirical research on how people behave at work. Today, we regularly conduct research on the Model and its applicability to people’s work lives.
This Technical Report provides the most upto-date research evidence for the reliability and validity of the SOCIAL STYLE® Profile – Enhanced (SSP-E) questionnaire. The SSP-E questionnaire is our flagship assessment instrument, and is used as the input to generate various profiles, including the Universal Multi-Rater Profile, Managerial and Sales Profiles, and the Online Self-Perception Profile. This report is intended to be a companion to other facilitator materials, notably the “SOCIAL STYLE & Versatility Facilitator Handbook.”
