Navigating Change Video

Is your company undergoing change? Maybe the change is planned or maybe forced upon you, but as the saying goes, the only constant is change. We have created a 2-minute video looking at the impact and considerations of change in the workplace.

Many companies invest in change management programs, but they often forget the most important part of managing change – managing mindsets. Regardless of how thorough your change process is organized or how the necessary the change, if your employees aren’t open and responsive to the change, it will not work. Peoples’ initial reaction to change is typically through a negative filter.

A recent study conducted by the American Psychological Association found that 46% of American employees undergoing a current or recent change initiative planned to look for a new job.  No wonder most change programs fail.  But you can reverse change fatigue among employees and increase the success of your change programs with resiliency training.
