Working adults often look back on their college years as relatively carefree times without the pressure of a full-time job, supporting a family or other grown-up responsibilities.  But research shows that stress affects 80% of college students on a daily basis.

While stress isn’t going to go away anytime soon, those who learn to generate positive outcomes and find opportunities in challenges are those who will thrive in today’s workplace. And there is not a better time to learn to manage stress than as a young adult.   When people learn to view stress as a challenge or an opportunity, rather than a threat, they are less likely to break down in times of adversity.
